POOL AI · BY MIAMI POOL CONSULTANTS · UPDATED OCTOBER 2026
Pool AI uses a few outside companies to run. Each one only gets the data it needs for its job. We do not sell your personal information. How we use data is explained in our Privacy page.
Sends Pool AI's emails (sign-in links, visit reports, invoices, notices) and runs our info@mpcpoolai.com mailbox.
Powers Blue: pool answers, reading photos of water and test strips, translations, email summaries and drafts, website text and setup help. Only the text or photo needed for each answer is sent. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train their models.
Talk-to-text and read-aloud use the speech features built into your browser or phone (for example Google Chrome or Apple Safari). Pool AI doesn't record your voice.
Processes card and bank payments: pool companies paying for Pool AI, and (when a company turns it on) customers paying their pool company through Stripe Connect. Card and bank numbers go straight to Stripe — Pool AI never stores them.
Syncs a company's customers, invoices and payments with its own QuickBooks account.
Shows a company's own Gmail inside Pool AI Pro. Pool AI's use of Google data follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Shows a company's own Outlook mail inside Pool AI Pro.
Turns US street addresses into map pins for routes.
Map images and, as a backup, finding addresses on the map.
Looks up the city for a ZIP / postal code (only the code is sent).
Weather near a pool, used for water-temperature estimates and chemistry tips (only rounded coordinates are sent).
Counts visits to mpcpoolai.com so we can improve it. Nothing is sent unless you accept the cookie message. Company websites use Pool AI's own cookie-free counting instead.
When we add a service (for example a payroll partner), we update this page first. Questions: info@mpcpoolai.com · Miami Pool Consultants (MPC), maker of Pool AI · 5052 Pope John Paul II Blvd, Suite 108 PMB 1014, Ave Maria, FL 34142, USA.
