Acceptable Use Policy
MIAMI POOL CONSULTANTS, DOING BUSINESS AS POOL AI · LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026
In short
- Use Pool AI to care for pools and run a pool business, honestly and legally.
- Don't break our security, scrape the service, send spam, pretend to be someone else, or post fake reviews.
- Don't use Blue to create harmful, illegal or misleading content.
- If you break these rules, we may remove the content or suspend the account.
1. Why we have this policy
Pool AI is shared by homeowners, pool companies, their staff and their customers. This policy keeps it safe and trustworthy for all of them. It's part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Services.
2. Illegal or harmful activity
Don't use Pool AI to:
- break any law, for example consumer-protection, privacy, employment, licensing, tax or anti-discrimination law;
- offer pool services you aren't licensed or insured to provide where a license or insurance is required, or claim licenses, insurance, certifications or awards you don't have;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, including customers, technicians and other companies;
- share someone's personal information without the right to share it;
- post sexual content, hate speech, violent threats, or content that exploits minors;
- commit fraud, for example invoicing for work that wasn't done or collecting payments for another business.
3. Security and fair use of the system
Don't:
- try to get into accounts, data or systems you aren't authorized to access, including another company's data;
- probe, scan or test for weaknesses, except under our responsible disclosure rules;
- upload viruses or other malicious code, or interfere with the Services, for example by overloading them;
- scrape, crawl or copy Pool AI, the directory or Blue's answers in bulk, or use bots to create accounts or requests;
- get around usage limits, feature switches, plan limits or the 3-companies-per-ZIP rule, for example by using several accounts;
- share logins between people (each team member gets their own), or resell or rent access to the Services;
- copy our software, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or use the Services to build a competing product.
4. Messages, email and leads
Don't:
- send spam or unwanted marketing. Message only your own customers, leads and team, about your services, and honour unsubscribe requests;
- use leads or customer information from Pool AI for anything except serving that customer;
- connect a mailbox you aren't allowed to use, or use the Inbox to read other people's email without permission;
- pretend to be another person, company or MPC, or hide who you are in messages.
5. Blue and AI features
Don't use Blue or other AI features to:
- get or spread instructions that could cause harm, for example mixing chemicals, making toxic gases, or bypassing electrical, gas or safety equipment;
- create fake reviews, fake credentials, or misleading claims for websites, quotes or ads;
- process sensitive data that Pool AI doesn't need, for example health records, Social Security numbers or full card numbers;
- try to make Blue ignore its safety rules, or pull out its instructions or other users' data.
The Blue & AI Terms also apply.
6. Reviews, listings and websites
Don't:
- post fake reviews, or review your own company or a competitor;
- offer rewards that depend on a review being positive, or pressure a customer to change or remove a review;
- copy another company's photos, logo or text without permission;
- publish false or misleading prices, service areas, response times or guarantees.
The Directory & Reviews Guidelines have more detail.
7. Location tracking and staff
Use route tracking only for work purposes, only while staff are clocked in or on route, and only after telling them. Don't use Pool AI to track people who don't know about it.
8. What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on how serious the problem is, we may:
- warn you;
- remove content or a review;
- pause a feature, such as payments, the directory listing or the website;
- suspend or close the account;
- report illegal activity to the authorities.
Where it's reasonable, we'll explain why and give you a chance to fix the problem. If you think we made a mistake, email us.
9. Reporting a problem
If you see something that breaks this policy, for example a fake review, an unlicensed company, spam or a security issue, email info@mpcpoolai.com. Tell us what you saw and where. For security issues, see our Security page.
