Accessibility Statement
MIAMI POOL CONSULTANTS, DOING BUSINESS AS POOL AI · LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026
In short
- We want everyone to be able to use Pool AI, including people with disabilities.
- We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
- You can talk to Blue and have answers read aloud, and Pool AI works in 6 languages.
- If something is hard to use, tell us at info@mpcpoolai.com and we'll help.
1. Our commitment
Pool AI is used by homeowners, pool technicians in the field, office staff and pool owners of every age and ability. We design the Pool AI app, Pool AI Pro, customer pages, company websites and mpcpoolai.com so they can be used with a keyboard, a screen reader, voice, and large text.
2. Our standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 at level AA. We check new features against it as we build them. This is a goal we're working toward. We haven't had an independent accessibility audit yet.
3. Features that help
- Talk to Blue. Tap the microphone and speak instead of typing.
- Read aloud. Tap the speaker to hear Blue's answers.
- Six languages. English, Español, Português, Kreyòl, Français and Русский. Messages and visit reports can be translated automatically.
- Light and dark themes for comfortable contrast.
- Large tap targets for use with wet hands and gloves in the field.
- Works with your device's settings, such as zoom and larger text.
- Pictures with text. Help pages and how-to slides explain every step in words as well as pictures.
4. Known limitations
- Maps. Route maps may be hard to use with a screen reader. The same stops are listed in text in the route list.
- Content added by companies. Photos, documents and website text that companies add may not have descriptions. We encourage companies to add them.
- Other services. Some screens come from other services, such as Stripe's payment forms and Google or Microsoft sign-in pages, and those services control their accessibility.
5. Ask for help or give feedback
If you have trouble using any part of Pool AI, or need information in another format, email info@mpcpoolai.com with the subject "Accessibility". Please tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days and work with you on a solution. If you prefer, you can also ask your pool company to contact us for you.
