Your Privacy Choices

1. We don't sell or share your personal information

MPC doesn't sell personal information. We don't "share" it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as some US state laws define those words, and we don't use advertising cookies. Because of this, you don't need to opt out. If we ever wanted to sell or share personal information, we would update this page first and give you a way to say no.

The outside companies that help run Pool AI get only the data they need for their job. They're listed on Services we use.

2. Your rights

Depending on where you live, the law may give you rights over your data. We offer the following to everyone, wherever you live:

• Access. Find out what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Correction. Fix information that's wrong.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information. We keep records the law requires us to keep, such as paid invoices, until that requirement ends.
• Export. Get your data in a format you can reuse.
• Fair treatment. Using these rights never affects the price or service you get.

3. How to make a request

• Homeowners using the Pool AI app. Go to My Pool → Delete my account. This deletes your account and saved questions right away.
• Anyone, by email. Write to info@mpcpoolai.com from the email address you use with Pool AI, with the subject "Privacy request" or "Delete my Pool AI data". Tell us what you'd like us to do.
• By mail. Write to the address at the bottom of this page.
• Through an authorized agent. Someone can make a request for you if they have your written permission. We may still need to confirm your identity with you directly.

To protect your data, we check that the request comes from the email address on file. We never ask for more information than we need for that. We confirm we received your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. If we need more time, as some laws allow, we'll tell you why.

4. If your pool company uses Pool AI

If you're a customer or team member of a pool company that uses Pool AI Pro, that company controls its records about you, such as visits, invoices and messages. If you ask us, we'll pass your request to the company within 5 business days and help it respond. You can also ask the company directly.

5. Cookies, analytics and Global Privacy Control

• Google Analytics on mpcpoolai.com runs only if you tap Accept. Change my cookie choice
• Company websites built with Pool AI use cookie-free statistics. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, you aren't counted as a unique visitor.

6. Emails from us

Pool tips and news emails go only to people who said yes to them. Every one has an unsubscribe link. Service emails, such as sign-in codes, visit reports, invoices and important account notices, are part of the service and are still sent while you use it.

7. Children

Pool AI is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
